All Caregivers are required to complete our formal orientation and are provided with additional online training tailored to their client’s care needs.
Yes. All Caregivers are required to drive to ensure their timely arrival and ability to get clients to medical appointments, social engagements & errands.
Yes. All Caregivers are subject to an extensive background check that reviews state and national criminal, driving and financial records.
Yes. All Touching Hearts at Home Caregivers are insured and bonded.

Touching Hearts at Home is a Private Pay Agency. We are a provider for Long-Term Care Insurance (LTC).
No minimums. Our tailored services are designed to give you what you want, when the want it. Our rates are based on a sliding scale based on hours completed per week.
Teamwork always works. Our teams consist of at 2-3 Caregivers, Care Manager & Care Coordinator. Together this team helps you manage your loved one’s care. We support families in navigating these challenges.
